This Competition was commenced in Bert's memory in 2001

As the Kirkby Track has been demolished Bert's family have given their approval for this competition to be
continued in 2011 at the Litherland Sports Park circuit following the success of the move to this venue.
Rules
1	This Competition is open to Youth riders only.
2	Entry for the 2011 Competition is free and open only to those competitors who have already entered the
	Wednesday night promotion at Litherland Sports Park.
3	Entries to the Chief Commissaire.
4	The first four riders each week in this Competition will be awarded: -
	1st. 3 points - 2nd. 2 points - 3rd. - 1 point - 4th. 0.5 point.
5	The winner, second and third each week will have their handicap mark adjusted for subsequent events.
6	When there are more entries than can be safely accommodated on the circuit preference will be given
	to those riders that took part in this Competition in the first three rounds.
7	For this season long competition the best SEVEN first four finishing positions will count.
